Privacy policy

This page explains what happens to the information you give Kannapolis Deck Pros.

What we collect

When you fill out the form, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email if you give it, address and notes about the job. When you call, the call may be recorded for quality and so we can follow up accurately. Our phone system logs the number that called and the time of the call.

How it is used

Your details go to the local company that does the work, so they can call you back, give you a price and schedule the job. We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists.

Analytics

This site may use basic website analytics to count visits and see which pages people use. That data is not used to identify you.

Questions or removal

To ask what we have on file or to have it deleted, call (980) 324-2790 and ask for your information to be removed.
